My 2022 Playlist

Welcome to my 2022 playlist! Including my favourite 2022 releases and discoveries, old faves (some of which you might recognise from the last few years), all from my 'most played songs of the year' playlist on Apple Music! I spent a lot of 22 almost  exclusively listening to female songwriters. I started the year with Harry's House on repeat, playing a lot of Arctic Monkeys and The Kooks (especially in February when I saw the Inside in/Inside Out anniversary tour) but for the second half of year, I dedicated every second of my listening time to the gals. Discovering Gracie Abrams was a real highlight of 2022 for me, and if I wasn't listening to her, I was listening to artists under the same wonderful umbrella: Taylor, Lana, Sabrina, Olivia etc. These influences also bled into my writing as well- in the best, most raw, healing way. I'm gonna shut up now and kickstart this list with my favourite song of the year:
