Ranking Midnights on First Listen

It's first thing in the morning on Friday 21st of October. I am so completely overwhelmed in the best way. I feel like I may never feel sad again. I can't even begin to explain what an experience these last few hours have been for me, but I planned to do this post straight away before a second listen, so thats what I'm going to do. Let's rank Midnights based on first listen...

1. Vigilante Shit

2. Sweet Nothing

3. Bejeweled

4. Karma

5. Anti Hero

6. Snow On The Beach

7.  Lavender Haze

8. Question...?

9. You're On Your Own, Kid

10. Maroon

11. Mastermind

12. Midnight Rain

13. Labryinth

This isn't my Midnights review, that'll be coming in the next few days when I've had some more time with the album. I just thought this post would be fun to look back on, and to compare with my prediction ranking (see here). For the same reason, I'm not including the 3am edition. Also because I'm unable to comprehend it in it's entirety yet. but I'll rank it separately below...

1. Would've, Could've, Should've

2. Glitch

3. High Infidelity

4. The Great War

5. Bigger Than The Whole Sky

6. Paris

7. Dear Reader

I'm sure of one thing, from the very first listen to last, and that is that Would've, Could've, Should've is the best song of all of them. Simply superior. It's a fact. Number 1 in any ranking!

*I'll come back and edit this post once I've heard all the songs from Midnights (as of this moment I haven't heard the Target edition bonus tracks) and then I'll give a full ranking of all 23 tracks below*

For now, goodbye! Comment your current favourite from Midnights below!
