One of my favourite things about Autumn so far is being able to decorate for the new season! I love when all of the new homeware items start coming into shops (pumpkins + blankets + spiced candles = cosiness), and this year I actually have a reason to buy a few! I've also really enjoyed playing around with colour in our front room a little bit more and breaking out of our ordinary colour scheme of green and pink. I feel with halloween round the corner, the contrast of oranges, blood reds and other typically autumnal tones suit the spooky season perfectly. I did actually remember to take some before photos of our front room pre-decorating (how useful of me? I'm surprised), so I'll pop the before and afters that I have in first, then just general aesthetic pics to show the rest of the room/ details.
