Keeping the Valentines blog post tradition alive! I am such a sucker for traditions, I think the tradition means more to me than actual valentines at this point hahaha. I love love, as I always say in these posts, but I do find certain aspects of Valentines unessasary now im older. Especially when you usually have anniversaries to celebrate! But I had a lovely, more laid back valentines this year which I thoroughly enjoyed, and as per Ellamore tradition, I'm here to share it with you! Fashionably late and with quite a few pictures I forgot to take!
Left is Iestyn's card he made me, right is the card I bought for him. We thought it was so funny how similar they were! Great minds think alike :)
Iestyn got me a jellycat I've been after for a while- Loulou Lovebug! I love her so much!
It was PE day at work so my valentines look of the day is not quite as pink and frilly as usual! But wearing my Disney hoody does remind me of when I got it with Iestyn in this cool circus themed shop and makes me smile! I also wore this hoody to record my first album, which I'm just realising is extremely relevant as after school on Valentines day was the day I got the go ahead and date for my first ever gig!!!
Me and Iestyn spent a good chunk of our valentines evening looking through photos for the announcement of the gig as they needed them asap! Settled on this picture that iestyn took of me years ago on his camera! If only I'd known back then what it would be being used for! :D
Our evening plans were dinner at our favourite pub, so went for a chilled and cosy, but still valentines inspired look.
Outfit Details:
Then to complete my base and bring a little colour back into my cheeks, I applied my Rare Beauty blush in the shade 'happy'- a cool, bright pink shade
Finished off with Kylash mascara and Rare Beauty Brow Harmony applied with my well love Zoeva brow line brush!
Then for the most exciting bit... I wore this Maxfactor lipstick in the shade Wild Flamingo from the Priyanka collection. So stunning!
I did also add a bit of Mac's Creme de Nude to soften it a bit as I was just going out to the pub! haha
Fini!
For perfume I wore one of my favourites that I've repurchase time and time again
Our dinner was lush, we went to our favourite pub with my sister and brother-in-law. Didn't get any pictures of it as we were too busy chatting and scoffing our faces! It was also our baby pigs 1st birthday so here's a cute picture of Lavender I took when we got home. Bluebell is still camera shy!
And that was our Valentines 2025! Chilled and full of love!
