There’s a first time for everything, including attempting to make a toy mouse out of crochet..
After 2 hours, I’d only finished the ears.
After another 3 hours, I completed the snout and started to make the head. Getting the snout to curl up was the hardest piece of crochet I’ve ever had to do but the long hours definitely paid off!
The same time the next day I’d finished all the yellow pieces of mouse body! I wanted to create a battenberg coloured mouse, or as I think of it, drumstick lolly themed.
Look at that pointy mouse nose! Finally completed after over 6 hours of crochet and I’m very pleased with the outcome!
Then after a long time (I lost track on the number of hours) it was finally time, at 2AM this morning, to start sewing the mouse together!
Here’s the final result!
Project: Crochet Mouse completed!
